Exchange and Return Policy

At Amal Al Harbi Est. (مؤسسة أمل الحربي) (CoolingMap Store), we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains when and how you may exchange or return an item.

Return Window

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order, in line with Saudi consumer protection practice. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

• The item must be unused, uninstalled and in its original condition.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and labels included.
• The original invoice or proof of purchase must be presented.
• The item must not be damaged as a result of misuse, incorrect installation or unauthorised repair.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Copper pipes and gas cylinders.
• Refrigerant gases and other consumable materials once opened.
• Items cut, altered or prepared to a customer-specified measurement.
• Electrical spare parts that have been installed, energised or tested on equipment.
• Items sold as clearance or final sale, where stated on the product page.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Verified cases are exchanged or refunded at our cost, including return shipping.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for the request.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Send or deliver the item to our store address in its original packaging.
4. Once inspected and approved, your exchange or refund is processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of the returned item passing inspection. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility except where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied.

Warranty

Where a manufacturer warranty applies to a product, warranty claims are handled under the manufacturer's terms. Please retain your invoice, as it is required for any warranty claim.
